Helical Static Mixer Rods
Manufactured by Samhwa Mixing Tech, Korea
JLS Helical Static Mixer Rods are used in on-site piping or heat-exchanger tubes.
Either piping is done on-site and just the element rods are needed or 3rd party shell and tube heat exchanger manufacturer needs tubes with nicrobrazed static mixing elements or just the mixing element rods with tab to install removable into tubes.
Typically the helical static mixer rods are made of stainless steel with surface finish of < Ra 0.8.
